Two Die of Haemorrhagic Fever In Pakistan

Just as the World Health Organization is saying that the Ebola outbreak in Uganda has been contained, there has been another outbreak, this time in Pakistan. Two people have already died. So, the question is, are these outbreaks related, or are they separate incidents?
