China Slams U.S. Vow To Defend Taiwan

I don't like the headline, countries don't slam one another, this is tabloid sensationalism, they criticize each other, they deplore actions, they condemn, but they don't slam. Anyway, it's clear that "peaceful reunification" with Taiwan in not on the agenda, at least not for Taiwan, and the U.S. would be wise to maintain a policy of strategic ambiguity, if indeed it is not too late for that. Unless, of course, the U.S. wants to take on China, Iraq, Syria and Iran all at the same time.
