The Arab Human Development Report is out, and this time it talks about features of Arab culture and politics that block Arabs from realizing their full intellectual potential. Occasionally you see Arabs raising their voices and calling for reform. But the real question in anyone's mind is whether you can trust anything that carries the imprimatur of the UN. This could be part of the plan for the covenant with the many [Daniel 9:27] and the subduing of kings [Daniel 7:24].
