Homicide Attack in Israel
Apparently it doesn't matter where Arafat (the leader of the political wing of the Palestinians) is located, attacks against Israeli civilians continue. First, there was an attack (AP - Suicide Bomber Kills Three in Tel Aviv) and then Israel strikes back (AP - Israel Destroys Home of Suicide Bomber).
