CNN - Report: 2 blasts kill at least 20 in southeast Iran
CNN reports: "Two alleged suicide bombers were responsible for a pair of explosions in the southeastern Iranian city of Zahedan that left at least 20 dead and scores wounded, Iran's state news agency IRNA reported Thursday."
