AP - 1st evidence that Zika may cause temporary paralysis
The AP reports: "Scientists may have the first evidence that Zika can cause temporary
paralysis, according to a new study of patients who developed the rare
condition during an outbreak of the virus in Tahiti two years ago. [...] Since the Zika outbreak in the Americas
began last year, it has sparked epidemics in about 40 countries, of
which eight have reported cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome possibly
connected to Zika."
