Comment: This is an interesting proposal that deserves our attention. Apparently the leader of France would like to create a new international group that would include countries that border the Mediterranean. As this report notes, the idea has not been well received, due to fears that it would undercut the EU and the EU's already well-developed Mediterranean initiative called the The Euro-Mediterranean Partnership. Still, it represents another potential fulfillment of the Ten Kings prophecy that we should monitor closely.
