AP reports: "Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas rejected Israel's idea of an interim peace agreement at a Sunday summit, a Palestinian negotiator said, insisting on an all-or-nothing approach that virtually ruled out an accord by a January target date."

Comment: Abbas seems intent on making the same mistake as Arafat did with Clinton, saying no to the best deal they could get at the time. I'm really hoping that Netanyahu will become the next PM and not Livni, which would mean there would be less political support for further concessions to the divided Palestinian leadership.
