Jerusalem Post - Kotel Rabbi: Arabs won't dictate when we can go to Temple Mount
The Jerusalem Post reports: "Jewish law, not the Arab world, determines when Jews can go up to the Temple Mount and when they cannot, Western Wall Rabbi Shmuel Rabinovitz said Wednesday in an interview with The Jerusalem Post [...] many rabbis, including Rabinovitz, believe that the Jewish people is still in a state of spiritual exile imposed by God. Therefore, it is still too early to rebuild the Temple or to renew the ancient traditions surrounding it, such as purifying ourselves through a ritual."

Haaretz - Share the Temple Mount
Haaretz op-ed: "Even at this late date, it is essential to equalize Jews' status on the Temple Mount with that of Muslims (excepting, of course, the right to enter the mosques). The Arabs will threaten a jihad and condemnations will pour in from all sides. But in time, Jewish determination will make the Muslims and their Jewish backers get used to the new reality."

Comments: It's good to see a more assertive spirit among the Israeli people regarding the Temple Mount.
