Reuters reports: "European Union leaders are expected to take decision at their gathering in Brussels which will strengthen the stability of the euro zone, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Thursday. Merkel reiterated, however, no formal decisions on Greece are expected at the fourth EU summit this year."
