AP reports: "The Bush administration is likely to move its research on one of the most contagious animal diseases from an isolated island laboratory to the U.S. mainland near herds of livestock, raising concerns about a catastrophic outbreak."

Comment: What a brilliant idea! This is the kind of thing that really engenders faith in the wisdom of government planning. After all, what could possibly go wrong? Ok, seriously, I would hope that there is someone in authority who could simply veto this idea. Just say no.
