AP reports: "Two months after Israel and Gaza's Hamas rulers declared unilateral cease-fires, Undersecretary-General for Political Affairs B. Lynn Pascoe told the U.N. Security Council on Wednesday that there has also been little progress on preventing illicit arms trafficking into the coastal territory and reconciling the rival Palestinian factions."
