10M Africans Threatened by Famine
About 10 million people in four southern African countries are on the brink of starvation, two U.N. food agencies said Wednesday. The World Food Program and the Food and Agriculture Organization, both Rome-based agencies, said about 4 million tons will need to be imported over the next year for the hungry in Malawi, Zimbabwe, Lesotho and Swaziland. :: This AP report submitted for your famine (Matthew 24:7) files.
