Israeli Army Raids Arafat HQ as Bomb Reprisal
Israeli tanks and troops stormed Yasser Arafat's presidential compound on Thursday, blowing up buildings and shelling his living quarters in a six-hour reprisal raid for a Palestinian car bombing. :: This Reuters report on the inevitable Israeli retaliation is submitted for your battle for Jerusalem (Luke 21:20) files. I wonder if Islamic Jihad realize that they are only undermining Arafat, who is now revealed for all to see as totally powerless, a mere figurehead, and certainly not the man to negotiate a peace with. After all, one negotiates with the people responsible for that attacks, and for Israel, that's not Arafat.
