AP - Report: China Detains Leader of Church
There are two churches in China, there is the official government recognized church comprising various Christian denominations, and there is the unofficial underground church. Members of the underground church meet in private homes and try to stay one step ahead of government agents, and when they fail, they are arrested and sent to labor camps.
