This latest incident is just one more 'tick' in the ticking time bomb the world has had to endure since Bush and Blair illegally invaded and occupied Iraq.
Thank you for your comment. I'm not sure Iran's assertiveness can be blamed entirely on Bush and Blair, they sought to gain ground against Iraq before they came to power. Iran seems to have a well thought out strategy for expanding their power and influence in the Middle East. Challenging the legitimacy of the internationally recognized territorial limits in the strait is just one example of their larger challenge to the regional status quo.
