Electronic Signature Law Working Well, FTC Says

The FTC reported today that the electronic signature law, passed last year, is not a burden on businesses or a privacy risk for consumers. In the report, the FCC cheers, ``The provision facilitates e-commerce and the use of electronic records and signatures while enhancing consumer confidence.'' Perhaps it was just the one-sided reporting of this article, but I would have appreciated reading a bit about what consumer privacy advocates have to say about how the law is doing.
