Supermarkets Tell Shoppers 'Do It Yourself'

An item for your Mark of the Beast files. No, it does not have to do with biometric technology or m-commerce, but it does say a lot about improvements in scanner tech. This is so easy to do, I saw it today for the first time in my local grocery store. Buy it, bag it, and begone. I feel sorry for all the cashiers and baggers, whose days, apparently, are numbered. Pun intended.
