AP reports: "Israeli and Palestinian leaders both say they hope to sign a peace deal by the end of 2008. On Nov. 27, the two sides got together in Annapolis, Md., in the presence of some 45 nations to relaunch peace talks that had been stalled during the past seven years of Israeli-Palestinian violence."
