My Way News - Israel Told to Ease Palestinian Movement
AP reports: "Israel must provide more freedom of movement in the West Bank and open crossings into Gaza to avoid driving even more Palestinians into poverty after Hamas seized the coastal strip two months ago, the United Nations Mideast envoy said Wednesday."

Comment: And here I was thinking it was wise to keep Hamas bottled up in Gaza, but no, the UN wants to let the Hamas terrorists roam freely. I'm sure it must be a humanitarian issue, or something. Still, the Palestinians are skilled in the art of international illusion, perhaps they would be wise to declare a state in the West Bank and pretend that Gaza doesn't exist (like they pretend the Jewish Temples didn't exist), wall it off, and let Hamas slowly fade away while the world celebrates the great victory of Palestinian statehood. Of course, they won't do that, they want to undermine Israel by claiming part of Jerusalem as their capital. It's worth remembering that the majority of Palestinians actually voted for Hamas, whose policy towards Israel isn't based on sharing, but on conquering. The UN though is simply worried about their welfare and fearful of driving them into poverty because, well, that might make them even angrier than they already are, and we wouldn't want that.
