My Way News - Jerusalem Holy Site Dig Questioned

AP reports: "Israeli archaeologists charged on Thursday that digging overseen by Islamic religious leaders at a hotly disputed Jerusalem holy site damaged a wall that might date back to the Bible."

Also, note this very important part:
Israel captured the hilltop compound from Jordan in the 1967 Mideast war. Israel has left its daily administration to Islamic authorities and barred Jews from praying there out of respect for Muslim sensitivities. But Palestinians insist on sovereignty there, rejecting any Israeli or Jewish link to the site.
The Temple Mount belonged to the Jews in Biblical times, and then in the late 20th Century belonged to Jordan. The Palestinians never had a country and never had possession of the Temple Mount, so why do they now expect to "insist on sovereignty" over the holy site? It is an irrational claim that fits in nicely with the irrationality of the notion that the Palestinians seek peace with Israel. The West, however, believes this delusion of peace, so perhaps they will buy into the delusion that the Palestinians have any legitimate claim to the Temple Mount. Time will tell, but for those who believe Bible prophecy, we already know the answer and it's found in Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15 and 2 Thessalonians 2:4.
