Spiritual Themes in ABC's "V" Remake?
It's hard to miss the spiritual themes in the following promotional video for the new ABC series that premiers tonight. Note, for example, themes of hope, faith, devotion, and brief glimpses of Jesus (the Christ The Redeemer statue in Rio, a crucifix falling inside a church). Also note themes of deception, false miracles, and temptation. And in the end, the serpent's skin is revealed beneath the lie.
