AP reports: "France's Foreign Ministry said the Iranian reply does not provide any clarification to the central question of whether the country would agree to freeze its nuclear program."

Comment: I didn't expect Iran to offer a sincere reply, so I'm not surprised. The real question is, what will the big six powers do in the face of such endless delays and stalling tactics?
